The following is an analysis of each colony world on the French Arm that was touched by the invasion. I've already reduced the casualty figures in many places. If you disagree, and think they are too low and/or too high, please suggest another number (a percentage of death is fine with me). Everything here is extrapolated largely from Invasion, but also some from the Colonial Atlas (like how easy it would be to survive on a planet if certain essential services were cut off, that sort of thing).
All pre-war statistics are roughly as of June 2301. All post-war statistics are roughly as of July, 2302, immediately following the Battle of Beowulf.

AURORE, ETA BOOTIS
Pre-War Statistics
Aurore (France): 4,109,000 people; Scramjet facility, mining, farming Novoa Kiev (Ukraine): 3,998,000 people; no major facilities, due to Kafer invasion of 2299-2300. Rebuilding underway.
Tanstaafl (Independent): 2,200,000 people; Scramjet facility, mining, farming
Notes: All of Aurore suffers from severe power shortages, due to the destruction of three major power satellites in the Kafer invasion of 2299. All of Aurore probably has no more than 35 percent of the power it needs. Thus power is highly regulated and dedicated to subsistence industries and rebuilding projects. All Aurore also suffers from Kafer Rot, for which a cure or counter-agent has yet to be found. Agriculture is dependent on imports to feed the colony.
Post-War Statistics
Aurore (France): 3,698,000 people; mining, farming Novoa Kiev (Ukraine): 3,598,000 people; still no major facilities Tanstaafl (Independent): 1,980,000 people; mining, farming
Notes: The French and Tanstaaflian scramjet faciliites were destroyed during the three hour Kafer orbital bombardment of 15 January 2302. Kafer Rot continues to be a problem. The colony, dependent on imports to supplement local agriculture and feed the local populace, lost approximately ten percent of the population to malnutrition and disease during the year it was cut off, as even local agriculture was reduced due to the lack of sufficient power for automated farming equipment. Still, Aurore will be in good shape once emergency relief convoys make it through and regular shipping resumes again. Restoration of power is crucial to this effort, however.

HOCHBADEN, HOCHBADEN
Pre-War Statistics
Kolonie Zwei (Germany): 2,231,000 people (half in orbit); scientific base, orbital terminal, orbital factories, solar power satellites, rocket planes, heavy industry, farming, mining
Notes: An important manufacturing center far down the arm for Germany, including a major manufacturing center for naval military products, like laser guns and the like. Hochbaden is worth 1 Rudell unit to Germany.
Post-War Statistics
Kolonie Zwei (Germany): 0 people; no facilities
Notes: The colony ceased to exist due to Kafer orbital bombardment and destruction of all orbital facilities. The few survivors on the planetary surface died of dehydration, starvation, or suffocation.

DUNKLEHEIM, DM+36 2393
Pre-War Statistics
Dunkelheim (Germany): 1,493,000 people; catapult, orbital terminal, solar power satellite, mining, farming
Notes: The colony imports food and manufactured goods, exports raw materials (mostly minerals).
Post-War Statistics
Dunkelheim (Germany): 1,194,000 people; catapult, mining, farming Notes: The orbital terminal was destroyed by the Kafers. There is a strong Kafer ground force presence on the colony, as well as a disabled Delta class BB in orbit (although I suspect that many of her weapons are still active, the drive is most definitely ruined). Kafer Rot is now present as well. There is an organized human resistance, but it has been able only to conduct guerilla operations. Twenty percent of the population has died due to malnutrition, Kafer Rot, dehyrdration, and disease. Power is out to most of the human populace, and the Kafers have their own supply.

NOUS VOILA, BETA COMAE BERENICES
Pre-War Statistics
Nous Voila (France): 12,000,000 people; military base, naval base, orbital terminal, orbital defense installation, solar power satellites, catapult, scramjets, farming
Notes: Self-sufficient in agriculture, and a minor exporter of food. Known for specialty agricultural products.
Post-War Statistics
Nous Voila (France): 3,000,000 people; farming
Notes: All major facilities were destroyed by long-term Kafer bombardment. Kafers have most likely introduced Kafer Rot on the surface by remote delivery systems. Three-quarters of the colony is complete rubble, with a matching number of colonists dead to bombardment, malnutrition (due to loss of power and no cross-settlement distribution), disease, and Kafer Rot. Colony is in severe danger of further deaths due to large number of bodies remaining unburied.

KIMANJANO, DM+34 2342
Pre-War Statistics
Fromme (France): 6,417,000 people; scientific base, orbital terminal, orbital defense installation, solar power satellite, orbital factories, scramjets, heavy industry, mining, farming
Okavango (Azania): 628,000 people; scientific base, orbital terminal, rocket planes, farming, heavy industry, fusion plant
Notes: Fromme is worth 2 Rudell units to France. Both colonies are self sufficient in food, and leading exporters in petro-chemicals.
Post-War Statistics
Fromme (France): 5,134,000 people; scientific base, heavy industry, mining, farming
Okavango (Azania): 504,000 people; scientific base, farming, heavy industry, fusion plant
Notes: Fromme is largely devoid of power, and the Okavango fusion plant can't supply both colonies. Still, this planet will be relatively easy to get back on its feet. The usual twenty percent of colonists died due to the usual reasons (on this planet, as many, Kafers made no attempt at an occupation administration over the human colonists). There are large concentrations of Kafer ground troops on the planet. Very little heavy industry can be brought back online until power is restored. Kafer Rot has likely been introduced on this world.

BETA CANUM 4, BETA CANUM VENATICORUM
Pre-War Statistics
French Continent (France): 18,948,000 people; orbital terminal, beanstalk, heavy industry, farming
New Africa (Britain): 10,276,000 people; no major facilities, mostly engaged in trade, service, and tourism industries.
German Continent (Germany): 16,250,000 people; orbital terminal, solar power satellite, catapult, scramjets, mining, farming, university
Notes: Major exporter of food. Colony is largely self sufficient. French Continent is worth 3 Rudell units to France.
Post-War Statistics
French Continent (France): 18,001,000 people; heavy industry, farming New Africa (Britain): 9,762,000 people; no major facilities
German Continent (Germany): 15,438,000 people; catapult, mining, farming, university
Notes: Kafer Rot was not introduced here. Large Kafer ground concentrations have been routed, but some small Kafer guerilla bands continue to operate. Kafers set up an occupation administration here, so colonists suffered only marginally (only five percent of colonists died for various reasons). Most facilities remain intact, except for orbital facilities. All continents have little or no power, due to loss of Beanstalk and orbital power satellites. Beanstalk is in decaying orbit in BCV system. May be recoverable or salvageable. Heavy industry cannot begin to operate until power is restored. Only major orbit-ground interface facility remaining is catapult on German Continent, which was captured and used by the Kafers.

CRATER, HENRY'S STAR
Pre-War Statistics
Crater (Britain): 1,557,000 people; orbital terminal, catapult, rocket planes, fusion plant, heavy industry, mining, farming
Notes: Planet is heavy importer of food, major exporter of minerals. Heavy industry, if built up a little more, would be worth 1 Rudell unit to Great Britain.
Post-War Statistics
Crater (Britain): 1,401,000 people; catapult, fusion plant, heavy industry, mining, farming
Notes: Crater is in good shape. Most major Kafer forces have been destroyed, although some still operate in more remote regions. Only 10 percent of the colony perished, mostly due to heavy stockpiling of food and available water in the mines (in preparation for a possible flare up of the star). Crater is once again conducting mining operations and heavy industry is again producing (the fusion plant was taken intact along with the catapult and used by the Kafers). Construction of a new orbital facility is vital, however, to utilize the resources being gathered on the surface.

JOI, 61 URSAE MAJORIS
Pre-War Statistics
Lubumbashi (Azania): 400,000 people; orbital terminal, farming New Cornwall (Britain): 287,000 people; orbital terminal, solar power satellite, catapult
Elysia (Independent): 3,650,000 people; orbital terminal, scramjets, fusion plant, farming
Halbinsel (Germany): 2,907,000 people; scientific base, orbital terminal, orbital defense installation, scramjets, fusion plant, farming
Tosashimizu (Japan): 2,507,000 people; military base, scientific base, orbital terminal, orbital defense installation, scramjets, fusion power, farming
Notes: Planet is largely agriculturally self sustaining, importing only luxury food items. Both Germany and Japan have minor starship repair facilities in orbit.
Post-War Statistics
Lubumbashi (Azania): 396,000 people; damaged orbital terminal, farming New Cornwall (Britain): 284,000 people; damaged orbital terminal, damaged catapult
Elysia (Independent): 3,614,000 people; damaged orbital terminal, scramjets, damaged fusion plant, farming
Halbinsel (Germany): 2,820,000 people; scientific base, damaged orbital terminal, scramjets, damaged fusion plant, farming
Tosashimizu (Japan): 2,382,000 people; scientific base, damaged orbital terminal, scramjets, damaged fusion plant, farming
Notes: Kafer Rot was introduced by the Kafer ground invasion of 16-20 March 2302, but has been easily contained as it was not able to spread very far. Still, intensive scrutiny must be paid to all Joian agricultural products for some time to keep it from spreading. Although the various orbital terminals were not destroyed, they were all severely damaged, and will take extensive repairs before they are in operation again. All other major ground installations also suffered heavy damage, but can be repaired. Casualties were light in Lubumbashi, New Cornwall, and Elysia, moderate in Halbinsel, and heavy in Tosashimizu (the Japanese came out in great numbers to defend their homes). All colonies are short on power generation at the moment, especially New Cornwall and Lubumbashi, who lost their shared power satellites during the five days of Kafer orbital superiority.

NO OTHER COLONIES IN THE FRENCH ARM SUFFERED LOSSES OF ANY SIGNIFICANCE.
